Residents of Moolakothalam TNUHDB housing tenements complain poor quality of construction

As many as 1,035 houses have been constructed in two projects with three 11-storey and six nine-storey blocks and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated these tenements in July 2023. Nearly 554 units have been allocated to beneficiaries in good condition. There are only minor repairs to be taken up.
