J&K L-G extends terms of two V-Cs, ‘bypassing’ consultation with CM Abdullah

While the Chief Minister was reportedly not consulted while making these decisions, officials said the normal scheme of things required a consultation between the Lieutenant Governor and the Chief Minister over selection or extension of term of V-Cs.
