Congress launches Manmohan Singh Fellowship programme to help professionals transition into politics

Under the fellowship, 50 mid-career professionals will be chosen every year and mentored by senior party leaders from professional backgrounds; the chosen professionals should have spent a minimum 10 years, attained a certain level of financial security and are passionate about building a progressive India
